Ok here we go. It has been a while so it is a long one. These first shots are just some of Zack. He wanted to go out and take pictures, so we did. He didn't need to beg me :) He is such a cutie.
This was the first snowday we had where we could go out and have some fun. The kids had so much fun. Dani included. She was soooooo excited. She spent a lot of time eating the snow after she figured out that it was fun. She loves to just sit down and eat it. Our adorable little pink snowbunny.
Zack loves to eat the snow just as much as Danika. His gloves are always soaked and not from playing in the snow. Here he is making a snow angel.
Danika was showing me her snow, and then she would eat it.
Triston was working hard at making a snowman. He walked all around the house rolling up the balls of snow, but then he would lean on them or sit on them and they would collapse.
Yum Yum!!! NOT! At least this was all fresh clean snow.
| What can I say. . . He loves snow! |
This was so stinking funny. He was crawling through the snow, as you can see his tracks. I wasn't sure what he was doing, and then he just dunked his head in the snow :D
And here he is after. He cracks me up.
This year, the boys both attend Ivy Hall Academy. This is there Christmas Program. Brad and Kolleen came up. On the way over to the school that morning, when we got in the car I asked Dani, "should we go see grandma and Grandpa?" She just kept shouting, "I want grandpa, I want grandpa!" it was so funny. Then when we got in the school, and grandma and grandpa were sitting there, she passed right by grandma and went straight to grandpa. Not that she doesn't love her grandma, but she just wanted her grandpa. :)
Zack's pre-K class sang two songs about stars. He was so cute. He knew the words to both songs.
The boys next to him however were not so happy to sing :)
Isn't he such an adorable TALL star :)
Triston's Kindergarten class sang "Who would imagine a King" I asked him a couple weeks before the program if he knew his song. I thought maybe he would give me a couple lines or something. He usually doesn't remember them "for me" But this time, he sang the WHOLE song for me in the car at least 5 or 6 times. With pitch changes and everything. It was so adorable. I actually got it on my phone. At some point I will try to get it uploaded. He got to play the part of Joseph. Handsome right.
That afternoon after the second program, we headed down to the Namifier's cabin to have our Christmas party for my side of the family. Nick and Emily and their families were coming and so was my mom. Since it had snowed so much we had to take the snowmobiles up. We only have our three then a couple 4 wheelers with a trailer. It took quite a few trips to get up there, but we made it. It was so much fun. We just hung out and ate the whole time. The kids had a blast playing guitar hero in the theater room, playing pool and ping-pong. That night after the kids went to bed, Chris and I got in the Hot tub out side with Nick and Meredith. It was so cool. It was snowing. The guys kept jumping out and then rolling in the snow like a bunch of crazies. It was pretty funny.

Triston made this gingerbread house at school. He was so excited to eat it. I told him he had to let me get a picture of it first :)
And let the eating begin.
For Christmas Eve we decided to head back up to the Cabin with some of Chris' family and go sledding. Chris' parents came along with Mark and Camille and Mark's family. Of course we took along the snowmobiles :) We went to the cabin and hung out for a while then we headed up past the Cabin a ways to go sledding. There were some great hills. It was a lot of fun. It was a beautiful day.

Our Tree on Christmas Eve. Since we had been gone all day we didn't make any cookies, but thanks to Nick and Meredith bringing some over, we had some for Santa. The boys wanted Santa to have Chocolate milk and an apple for the Reindeer.
| Cute right! |
Christmas morning. Christmas this year was really nice. We stayed at home with just our family. The kids were so excited. Triston got a huge Hot Wheels set, a new bike (orange Just like he wanted :) and helmet. All three kids got their own Pillow Pet. Triston was so excited because he didn't put that on his list since he only wanted it the night before ;)
