At Ivy Hall one of their big programs is there Grandparents day. The kids invite their grandparents and parents to come and watch them perform. This year Grandparents day fell on the week of UEA.The wednesday before. So monday the school decided to postpone it for a few weeks since so many were out of town. However there were many who couldn't change their plans so they went ahead and had a few of the classes perform. This was Danika's first school performance. She loved every minute.

Triston's class
For Zack's birthday he wanted Blue pancakes in the shape of a 6 and a Z.
to go with that he wanted Red eggs. They turned more pink but he didn't care. He loved them.
Lately Zack had been into not cutting his pancakes. He likes to make pancake/jam tacos. Since these didn't make great tacos he just held the whole thing up to his face :)
Mikalya loves her pancakes.
At lunch we went down to work to see Dad so Zack could open his gifts. He loves little things. Travel sized toys.
That night we were having a small family party to celebrate Zack and Mikayla's birthdays. Triston wanted to help me out making the cake.
We went for a Ladybug theme for Mikayla.Dani is such a Miss congeniality. I was just testing out my flash.
Mikayla helping out.
Party time.
Mikayla did pretty good with the unwrapping but she got bored fast.
Of course she had a lot of helpers to help her out.
She had been standing like this for a few days. So funny.
Why is it they always go for the candle.
Zack's personal monster cake.
Zack celebrating his birthday at school.
We had his friend birthday actually on Mikayla's bday. He invited friends from school and is church class. He was excited to have a costume party.
Ghost cake :)
He couldn't handle the costume for long however.
I felt really bad because I almost forgot to have Mikayla open her presents from us since we had her party a couple days before her actual bday. But I didn't forget.
Grandma Ruthy, Nick and Meredith and their kids came up to hang out with us at the cabin.
